Return & Refund Policy

At Vitel Store, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Please note that products showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or items returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
